Ted Beckman has been a maintenance supervisor at the CMC Midtown leasing offices since October 2018. He oversees six communities and 156 units. Over the past six months, his team has completed 1,092 work orders. According to Samantha Gaddis, Ted’s property manager, “he goes above and beyond to not only maintain these communities but also better them, each and every day.” She goes on to say, “Ted is always willing to stay late or come in early to get the job done. He teaches his technicians, janitors, and even the office staff to create a stronger team. Ted truly takes pride in his work, and it shows from team morale, resident relationships, and resident surveys and reviews.” Because of his high level of professional expertise, Ted is frequently called to assist other properties and is relied upon to create new on-call schedules and to help new CMC employees get acclimated to their roles. Ted is a skilled, effective, and strong leader. He is unselfish, kind, and a complete team player. He is very deserving of consistently exceeding expectations. Ted is currently in the middle of 178 turns over all 6 communities while coordinating an additional eight team members. Cumulatively, in quarter two, all six properties earned a 4.8 out of 5-star rating, which is testimony to the excellent service Ted and his team have provided our residents.
