Stefanie Denney is CMC Apartment's employee of the month for February 2020. As property manager of one of our newest communities, comprised of 176 units, she works tirelessly to ensure all residents stay satisfied. Stefanie leads a team comprised of two leasing consultants, a maintenance supervisor, and a janitor and really does lead by example. There is no detail too small or challenge too big that Stefanie is not ready to face. She networks with area HR professionals to promote 23West to key employers in the Gainesville area. Under Stefanie's leadership 23West has leased from 0-96.02% capacity over the past year. Under Stefanie's leadership, residents look forward to frequent, meaningful events that let strangers next door become neighbors and friends. Her social media presence is both frequent and content-rich, demonstrating to prospects, investors, and the public that 23West is a wonderful place to live. Property lease-ups are especially challenging, but over the past year, Stefanie and her team have earned the stamp of approval of her residents. So much so that 23West is now CMC's top-rated community in on-line reputation score across all platforms, reviews, and surveys. Best in class, industry-wide, is considered 914 out of 1,000, and 23West is rated 849...just 6.5% of the top-rated communities in property management nationwide. 23West was also awarded J Turner Research - elite 1% Power Rankings 2019 for Online Reputation. Regionally, 23West also earned the North Central Florida Apartment Association's New Community of the Year, 2019. All of these esteemed accolades are well-deserved, as 23West has been led by one of the best property managers at CMC. It is obvious that Stefanie Denney strives for excellence in all she does.
