Resident Appreciation Week Day Three

Our Hump Day events should have been called Hot Day events since coincidentally most properties decided to take advantage of the blazing hot unseasonably warm Florida weather.

The Courtyards and Hunter's Crossing took advantage of the heat; cooling residents down with popsicles and snow-cones at the pool. While in Orlando Hunter's Ridge hosted a Dylan's Candy Store-style candy bar at the office.

Cupcakes were also a huge hit across our sites. The staff at WillowBrooke slaved away over these awesome lookers below.

Kid-centric events were a trend at our Gainesville properties. Lake Crossing hosted a Family Movie Night at their clubhouse; complete with buttery popcorn and icy cold sodas while the Lakewood Villas team held a good old fashioned water balloon fight and other outdoor water games for their younger residents.

The Spyglass Apartments team dusted off their sombreros and transformed the clubhouse into a cantina to host NACHO Ordinary Wednesdays - a build your own nacho bowl extravaganza! Their online pet giveaway was announced after a barking response on Facebook - that pup has the face of a winner!

Huntington Lakes capped things off with a kooky "Orange You Glad You Live Here themed day. That means: orange snacks orange sodas orange decorations oranges (the fruit) and any and everything related to the color as our maintenance tech displays below.

Only TWO MORE DAYS remain in CMC Apartments' Resident Appreciation Week events (well one more since this is a day-after recap). If you think Monday's Tuesday's and Wednesday's event were great...THURSDAY the sites went all out and of course Friday will close things with a bang.

Keep the comments and feedback coming we'd love to know how we're doing! You can see more photos of the events on the properties Facebook pages or take a look at the album we’re cultivating at CMC Apartments on Flickr.
