We borrowed that line from M.I.A but for those that don't know corporate promotional material is called swag. The countdown is on! To new move-ins that is we are in the throws of getting our apartments ready for new residents and helping out ones with move outs. Good news is that we're not welcoming anybody empty handed - check out some of the swag we're gathering for all our Fall 2010 new friends. We are working with some great local and national vendors to make this happen and we have a nice collection of stuff.
We also produced two new property tours this week - different techniques but we think they are super cute. Tell us what you think of the newest Woodland Villas video and Lakewood Villas video.
