Nick Sanders is the maintenance supervisor at 23 West apartments, a northwest Gainesville property with a unit count of 176, Nick is always willing to help another property and gives his best while there. While shorthanded, Nick was able to assist another property for several days to help turn apartments and complete work orders. He completes his work with a smile, great attitude, and high level of customer service. Nick is continuing to learn his trade so he can offer the best services possible. He is compassionate with his residents and shows care in his work, which understandably contributes to 23 West's 4.6 Google rating.
