Michelle has worked with move-outs and disputes for the past year and always displays a positive attitude with residents and fellow employees. She is helpful, professional, understanding, and kind in her interactions with former residents. This difficult role as she must work with agitated consumers and follow up with them each day to ensure their concerns are met. Michelle takes external and internal customer service very seriously and understands the importance of treating customers promptly and fairly. She works closely with property team members, the regional managers the director of marketing to provide consistent messages to residents who are in the dispute process. She has also recently taken on the reputation management employee incentive bonus program. Michelle is an asset to our corporate team and represents our mantra of “Building Relationships” each day.
