Melissa has been the Assistant Manager at Hunters Crossing, a 300-unit conventional property in northwest Gainesville, since September 2020. Since then, Melissa has become an asset to the community. Melissa has an extremely sincere and positive attitude and is always ready to help no matter the task. Melissa is a committed, loyal, and hard-working employee, and she consistently gives more than 100% to her daily work. Whether it means coming in early, staying late, skipping lunch, or working extra shifts, Melissa is quick and willing to volunteer to be there to do whatever it takes to get the job done well. She stepped up during a recent three-week period her manager was out of the office with Covid-19 and was able to manage the property professionally and efficiently, without incident. Melissa’s dedication to the company and to the property is demonstrated by her excellent customer service with residents and guests, professional interaction with fellow team members and her and exceptional quality of work. In large part to Melissa’s efforts, Hunters Crossing’s is currently 99% leased and has earned an exceptional reputation score of 815—the industry average is 562.
