Lilly Posey is a leasing consultant at Hunters Crossing, a 300-unit conventional property in Gainesville. Lilly has consistently overachieved in her role since coming to Hunters Crossing in January 2021. Lilly has managed the front desk through many transitions in team members and even alone for a few of those months. Because of her hard work, even during the pandemic, Hunters Crossing has not suffered in its ability to close and secure leases. By the beginning of July, Hunters Crossing reached 100% occupancy and was operating with a long waitlist. Lilly has become the face of Hunters Crossing, and she is well-known and liked by the residents and team members. Over the past seven months, Lilly has mentored and trained numerous new team members, including new floaters. In addition to her excellent leasing and relations, her creative input is highly valued and has been exhibited in many ways through her resident event planning, social media posts, artistic and creative chalkboards, and tasteful seasonal office decor that has been complemented and enjoyed by many residents that visit the office. In the absence of a fully staffed property, Lilly has worn many hats, including leasing agent, janitor, creative director, event manager, and our right-hand go-to girl to do whatever is necessary to meet the demanding and ever-changing needs of the property's day-to-day operations. In large part due to Lilly’s professionalism as the first point of contact on the front desk and phones, Hunters Crossing was recently awarded the best apartment complex by the Gainesville Sun, Best of Gainesville 2021. Lilly also attends school full-time and runs her own small business in her spare time. She is bright and talented, and we are happy to recognize the consistency and high standard of excellence, and commitment that she brings to our team.
