As Maintenance Supervisor, Kohl plays an incredibly important role in keeping our student community running smoothly. His dedication can be seen in every work order he completes, every challenge he takes on, and every apartment he helps prepare for our residents. No matter how busy the day gets, Kohl is always willing to step in, lend a hand, and do what it takes to get the job done. This year’s turn season was a true reflection of that commitment. From early mornings to late nights, Kohl worked tirelessly alongside the team to prepare apartment after apartment for move-in. Turn season requires long hours, teamwork, attention to detail, and a whole lot of determination, and Kohl brought all of that and more.
His work does not stop when the checklist is complete. Kohl takes pride in his community and understands the importance of providing residents with a home that is ready for them from the moment they arrive. His reliability, work ethic, and willingness to tackle whatever comes his way make him someone his team can consistently count on.
