Khyaura Johnson is the Property Manager of two southwest Gainesville communities, Bridgelight Apartments and Napier Grant Townhomes. Khyaura has shown amazing confidence in her role as Property Manager. On top of managing daily tasks, she is learning about Cap X projects; she is a quick study and wants to be hands-on. Khyaura has experienced one of the hardest issues we sometimes face in management- total fire loss. She was able to maintain composure, customer service, and was prepared to act as the situation unfolded. She was calm and professional during the entire experience and has handled every situation as a learning moment with an open mind .Khyaura's Regional Manager, Kim Hafey, says, "I am excited to watch her grow. She is going to be one of the best we have in the industry."
