Justin Martin has been a valued member of Willowbrooke Apartments maintenance team since 2019. Willowbrooke is in Lakeland, FL, and has 300 units. Over the last couple of months, the property faced a variety of challenges with manning, and Justin needed to be on-call from Thanksgiving through the new year. He single-handedly completed all maintenance requests with a positive attitude over the holiday season. In total, he completed 143 work orders and five punches in December. During this very stressful time, when many would be understandably rattled, the Willowbrooke team was so pleased that Justin greeted everyone each day with encouragement and a sense of humor. He also followed up with residents about their work orders to ensure 100% resident satisfaction. Additionally, Justin detailed all 21 buildings before Christmas. Willowbrooke has become the highest-ranked property in the CMC portfolio for customer satisfaction—earning a 840 reputation score—in large part because of Justin and our entire team’s ability to adapt, excel and overcome challenges that arise.
