In the month of March alone, Jorge and his team of five maintenance technicians expertly completed 219 service requests. Despite scorching heat and torrential showers, Jorge is a constant source of encouragement and positivity for the entire team at The Waterford at Mandarin. He greets coworkers with a smile and is an excellent communicator and leader. His skill and expertise in apartment maintenance keep the property running smoothly and under budget. His out-of-the-box solutions often eliminate the need for costly repairs and the need to bring in third-party contractors. Jorge personally supervises each maintenance request, guides and trains his team, and ensures his residents are completely satisfied. Jorge walks each move-out and move-in to ensure make-readies are 100% quality checked. Jorge’s loyalty and dedication to the community and his team are demonstrated by his attitude. He usually comes to work early and does not complain when he must work late.
