Heather Beattie is our CMC Building Relationships Employee of the third quarter because her contributions are invaluable to our property, maintenance, and corporate leadership teams. As Director of Training and Development, Heather’s roles are diverse and specialized, yet she takes on each new challenge positively. Heather is organized and patient and works relentlessly to improve processes that foster excellence across CMC. Heather was heavily involved in all aspects of the 2019 turn season and was a significant part in making the turn process a success, limiting negative public reviews and streamlining processes. She was rated 100% in customer service in formal training sessions in the third quarter. Her recommendations in recruitment and new hire training are helping CMC recruit and retain qualified employees. Furthermore, the guidance that Heather consistently provides our teams regarding Yardi processes and program implementation enables CMC to run more smoothly at every level. She has been a committed CMC employee since 2003 and notably over the past quarter.
