What's the closing decision for you when choosing an apartment? Most people would say location or rent...but what about the extra stuff? Amenities parking features pet policies? We tossed this idea around in our last brainstorming session and really couldn't pin point any of these things as the determining factor. We think for most people it's a fair combination of all of the above - and lucky for you if you choose a CMC property you can pretty much bank on all these things. Our latest project

Now right across the street from Spyglass is Lakewood Villas Apartments. If you haven't been over there yet can we just say go take a look! This model is beautiful! Airy and light with huge windows and lots of nooks and crannies for privacy if you're sharing a unit. Plus it doesn't hurt that you feel as if you're in a waterfront cabin. We're headed over there this week to get some design inspiration and hopefully bask in the glow of those awesome windows.
