Diego Quintanilla has been in Contemporary Management Concept since 2015 and worked his way up at The Courtyards from night manager, community assistant, assistant manager, and now he serves as a property manager. The Courtyards is a busy student property located within walking distance to UF with 375 beds. Last year, the North Central Apartment Association awarded The Courtyards Student Community of the Year for exceptional service and overall community attributes. Diego demonstrated exceptional leadership skills during the 2020 turn season and especially in the month of August, He worked long hours and kept his team of five community assistants and six maintenance techs and janitors motivated. In the month of August, during turns challenged by COVID-19 policy changes, the team received 11 positive reviews and absolutely no negative sentiment. Diego’s positive attitude and true love of The Courtyards kept his team on track and enabled them to overcome many obstacles. Diego truly cares about The Courtyards and its residents, and his commitment shows in everything he does.
