CMC helps with Paddock Club fire

A fire at Paddock Club apartments in west Gainesville is the reason why almost a dozen families need temporary housing today. Wednesday night fire erupted damaging 16 units on the property; Alachua Sheriff's Office says the fire displaced 20 adults and four children. At this time it is still under investigation. Contemporary Management Concepts LLLP is helping with temporary housing but we need your help in collecting items for the families who have lost it all.

As far as we know their needs are: furniture is a priority linens towels clothing for all ages and genders as some families have children food (food for pets as well) cooking utensils toiletries etc.

Two of our CMC LLLP apartment communities are serving as drop off points: Huntington Lakes 5400 NW 39th Ave in the Northwest and Spyglass Apartments 701 SW 62nd Blvd. in south Gainesville. You can also take donations to the Paddock Club leasing office (1105 Fort Clarke Blvd Gainesville). The "Family Relief Fund" has been set up at the Capital City Bank in Gainesville to accept monetary donations.

Any contributions would be appreciated we ask that you lend a hand.
